You need to add Master personality to the WB2UCI.eng file. Its only able to use
Rebel personality.

Just add your custom Master.eng to your liking and add Master to the line in
WB2UCI.eng

example

Personality=setvar personality personal\%s.eng|combo|Rebel|Rebel|Master


Looking at a few games Pro Deo 1.1 stronger in the middle game, very active also
