I still say that Vegas casinos have the solution (they would go broke if they
didn't).  If they cannot detect the method of cheating, they can still just tell
you to leave; by law they are allowed to do that (something to do with private
property).  Ultimately, chess may have to follow their lead, although there
would be serious challenges to overcome in terms of fairness.
