He doesn't want to participate, and uses that ridiculous argument to hide his real reasons. This event will have an interesting coverage in spanish speaking countries, as I'll send my summary to the chess magazine "Jaque", which sells great in Spain and South America. I did it for CCT4 or CCT5 (I don't remember) and they published it in a whole page. I hope this free advertisment will be interesting for some profis. José C.
