Thanks to a fellow Collector from Germany i am able to post four very rare games between two rare computers now i realize this sort of thing is not for the causal tourist but in an effort to preserve the historical record and to satisfy the insatiable needs of the collecting addict i offer this post for your dining pleasure the following four game match took place almost 22 years ago(March 1983) I have posted information about the extremely rare and infamous Bogol before. infamous, because it was the ONLY dedicated computer ever released to actually have the colors of the squares reversed with a dark square in the lower right hand corner the Novag Savant Royale was the third and last in the Savant series and contains the same program as seen in the Robot Adversary the Bogol was the heavy favorite and came into the match rated mid 1500's with the Savant Royale mid 1400's the match ended in a dramatic 2-2 tie after the Bogol dropped the first two games one thing a bit odd is that the Savant had White in 3 of the 4 games i cant say why this would have occurred but perhaps they were punishing the Bogol for mixing up the board squares? :) below are the score sheets for each of the four games please note..the notation is in German Algebraic so S= Knight L=Bishop T=Rook D=Queen Game 1..score..Savant 1 Bogol 0: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/cpaa2@sbcglobal.net/detail?.dir=/3353&.dnm=c0d1.jpg&.src=ph Game 2..
