Its not exactly at the same time, its sending the move AFTER receiving the move
from ICC. Be aware the resolution of the timestamp in the logfile is something
like 10 ms (depends on OS).

Don't know why that is, maybe those programs take more time to pass the move.

Someone at ICC was going to look into it, unfortunately I have not heared from
him. So for the moment the only solution seems to be introducing articifial
delays.
