If it would be a decimal point it woudnt be 92545 bytes but 94766,08 Bytes :-)
and if that is a decimal point it is another bug in Windows as well! :-)

As far as I know the point in windows is used to seperat "thousand" (american
style). But I think it is not worth writing anything more!
