Here are some first results by Shredder 9, been running since this morning. All games at 4' + 2" Series 1: on Centrino 1.6GHz, 128M hash, both engines using Shredder Classic book, Shredder GUI Shredder 9 v Gandalf 6: +25 -12 =12 = 31 to 18 = 63.2% = +94 ELO Series 2: on AMD 1700+, 64M hash, both engines using Shredder9.bkt, Shredder GUI Shredder 9 v Ruffian 2.0: +15 -9 =15 = 22.5 to 16.5 = 57.6% = +53 ELO Of course "more games are needed", "this is just Blitz" etc etc but this is just for fun!
