On Athlon XP, Bench seems to give quite exactly the clock in GHz.
For instance on my Athlon Mobile 2000+, I get Speed = 2.67, which is the
theoretical speed of the processor, although for chess(and Shredder in
particular), it behaves more like 2.55 GHz.

But for Pentium 4, Bench gives less than the usual 2/3 of clock performance and
for the good Pentium M, it also seems underrated.

It would be interesting to know how Bench is calculating : SMK, can you hear ?
(but I guess you must be busy sending out all those Shredder 9 licenses...)
