Under Arena, with Prodeo 1.1 installed as a winboard engine, rebel.mvs will be
used by default. Just make sure under "Engines/Manage/Details/Books" that the
"use arena mainbook with this engine" checkbox is unchecked, and the "arena
enginebook" dialog is empty.

I haven't tried Prodeo 1.1 as a UCI engine, so i don't know the proper procedure
for using rebel.mvs in that mode.

The EOC file cannot be used outside the CP interface.
