It _was_ running so well after the change in the timestamp files, then all of a
sudden the bug crept back in.

I just don't get it.

After talking with people on FICS as well earlier today, they are having the
same problem.

Honestly I am not longer looking at a server issue here, it is application
based.

Just to test it out on FICS, I will be using Gandalf 6.0 on FICS tonight to see
if it fails like it does on ICC. If it does, then there is a software problem.

It is _very_ unlikely that two servers with two different protocals would have
the same problem.
