CXM C3PO (by Wilhelm Hudetz) may or may not be the strongest CM 10th setting.
This test is only comparing performance against Shredder 9 at 5min.  It will be
interesting to see how C3PO turns out with more testing.  Wilhelm is of course
the creater of the very strong R1 setting for CM9000 so I expect good settings
from him.  :)
