Christopher,
I am not quite sure if this is a hypothetical question or not, but....
I am not a policeman nor a judge nor a private eye nor do i want to be.

Since I do not read 99% of what is posted on CCC and CTF, I have to
rely upon the moderators to do their work.

If they decide that someone banned for life has come back under a pseudonym,
then they can choose to take action (or not take action).

There seem to be some people who think I have a hand in everything
that goes on here. They are quite mistaken. Moderators are voted in
by the members. They make the decisions.
