It mostly lacks the versatile database features of CB at this point, but compensates with some unique new operational features available only in the SC version: ability to include/exclude moves for analysis, access 800GB online tablebases, etc. But I'm not so negative about the CB version in advance, which I haven't seen. CB does indeed have problems with their GUI and it's not clear when or if they will fix it. If I were them, I would take 3-6 months off from all other projects and give it a major fix-it effort, but I'm not them!? WP
