Subject: Can the book which comes with Shredder9 UCI be used in other interfaces?

For instance,I am interested in using Shredder9 UCI in a computer account at
ICC, but if I pay for the download and the special book, can this book be used
in ChessAssistant or ChessPartner, for instance? If not are conversion programs
available? Can the book even be ported to the CB environment? Thanks in advance.
