one thing does occur to me now
the Phantom that appears to be playing weaker..
do you notice that it replies quicker then the other one?

i have seen computers with faulty processors move quickly regardless of the
playing level
on the flip side  sometimes ,no matter the level,they will not make a move until
you press the "play"key

i have a Novag Sapphire that moves way too quickly and a  Fidelity Chesster
Challenger that wont move at all(unless i force it to)
both have defective processors
