WB engine or UCI engine? I think only WB engines can do it with tellics kibitz
... or tellall (meaning the engine must have code for it).

Chesspartner will kibitz automatically.
Fabien has recently added code to polyglot, that will kibitz the main line. So,
if you have an UCI engine, it should work with Arena if you put polyglot in
between. Maybe even for WB engines putting wb2uci and polyglot in between works.
