Thanks, Werner, and Michael.  So I have to buy "Shredder 9 UCI"? Is that the
name of a product one can buy from a vendor? Does it come on a CD?
  I contacted my vendor. All she knew was that she was getting in Shredder, but
didn't know anything about Shredder UCI. So there is a lot of confusion out
there.

  Thanks for info. I have not been able to get any information out of the
Shredder website.
