I can add that I think that banning a person should be done only after caring to
tell him before the tournament that quitting in the middle for similiar reason
is forbidden and the result will be banning.

The target is not to punish some person but to prevent similiar cases.

I think that the solution is that in the future every participant should accept
before the tournament that even if the decision of the TD about result of some
round is wrong against him then he is not going to leave the tournament and if
he does it he is going to be banned.
