Hi Vincent!

hmmm, i must i disagree here.
It sounds hard of course, but only the ICC server log could make a decision,
because otherwise every player could run his clock after the opponent offer a
draw and  tell it to 64, during his program thinking about a loser move.

And Peter told that he saw the log.
Of course this is only theoretically, but for justice reasons this is the only
way.

Which concerns fafis, that was really shit happens and i feel with Rafael, but
thats life.
