I have personally lost games due to programming bugs, interface hangs, book problems, operator errors, you name it. I've never cut and run. I have had decisions go for me and against me. David Levy could name several. I simply took what the TD said and moved on. This result was proper, because ICC is the ultimate arbiter for who wins and loses, since _by definition_ the programs must play with an automatic interface to remove any human intervention. The decision was fine. Calling it a draw would have been acceptable to me, although 100% orthogonal to the rules in force. Following the rules can't be a bad thing. This is nonsense.
