ICC is not a >prefect arbiter. > >Regards, >Dieter Yes I think that this mistake is worse. claiming a draw when there is no draw is worse than not claiming a draw when there is a draw. KN vs KP may be a tablebase win. I wonder if it happened in games in ICC when program got to winning tablebase position of KN vs KP on purpose when the opponent lost on time and if it claimed the game to be a draw. In KN vs KN winning can be achieved only by a stupid mistake but KN vs KP tablebase position that the knight win certainly can happen. Uri
