IMHO in a situation like this, the TD/ruling committee should do everything in
his/their power to mark the game as its rightful result - ie. a draw. Only way
it should be a win is if the rules are 100% clear and leave absolutely zero room
for interpretation - and in this case the rules should be revised. Otherwise CC
will just get a bad name ..
