It can be done,I do so all the time but it needs some time to get the setup
right

make a new folder in your chessbase engines folder
download & unzip
http://home.t-online.de/home/EBoerger/winboard232c.zip
and download & unzip
http://home.online.no/~malin/sjakk/download/Wb2UciBeta.zip
edit wb2uci.eng like this:

[ENGINE]
Name=ShredderCL
Author=SMK
Filename=Wb2Uci.exe
[OPTIONS]
Program=winboard232c.exe

now startup fritz (or whatever) add uci engine and choose wb2uci.exe
you can leave engine options as they are,use a hash of 1 Mb (as small as
possible) and not use tablebases.
u should now have shredderCL in CB engines.
startup shredder classical. setup wanted time control beforehand!!!
goto mode->autoplayer.check 'slave' and 'comm 2'. choose engine and
hashtablesize.
now startup the CB chess server.
first set formula with your time control and activate it.
hit control M.select shredderCL engine
setup the time also.
I play 60+15 games on the server.in shredder classical I set 59+14 due to time
lost by rs232 interface.
