In the CB version you do not get Sandro's book from the Shredder site.

You get a pre-compiled book from thousands of games, then weighted to suit
Shredder's style in a general way.

Even with Fritz you do not get Kure's books. Again just a generated book
weighted towards Fritz's style of play. Same as Junior, Hiarcs, and Tiger when
it was released as a CB engine.

Sandro's book is very different. It is made with Shredder is mind, and only
Shredder. It is _much_ better than the CB book. There really is no comparison.
