When I play Fritz the letters ctg always appear. Can anyone explain what this
means as there doesn't seem to be any explanation in the help files. Also, does
anyone know how to install the players encyclopaedia onto the hard disk, as well
as the multimedia sounds/comments when you play Fritz,
