Subject: ChessTiger versions -- Maybe Christophe can shed some light

Since I was thinking of purchasing Chess Assistant 8, I just noticed from
Albert's post below that it comes with Chess Tiger 2004.

I took a look at the last available SSDF list, and I notice that all three
revisions of Tiger are close in rating.

13	Chess Tiger 2004 256MB Athlon 1200 MHz 	2723
15	Chess Tiger 14.0 CB 256MB Athlon 1200 	2721
16	Chess Tiger 15.0 256MB Athlon 1200 MHz 	2719

Which is the strongest version released? By the rating you can infer that 2004
would be, but only by two points.

Is there a reason there has not been an increase in strength, or it is just that
everyone else is just that much better?

Is there a patch coming for any possible bugs in CT 2004? I know some believe
there is an endgame bug. Is there any truth to it?
