GLC 3.01.2.2 manages it in 1.5 secs on my 2.08 GHz AXP. I guess on Danns 950
MHz it would be just over 3 secs. It shows the promotion in the PV. Other
versions (e.g. 3.00) see this at 11 ply in less than 1 second.
