I left Turkey in 1981, back then the only name in town was SciSys which were brought in from Germany by turkish guest workers who were spanding their vacation in Turkey. Things changed alot since. these days anything and everything is being manufactured in Turkey but I guess dedicated chess computer maket is no longer there to justify investment.
