Each rounds pairings attempts to equalize colors (in 4 rounds you should
have had 2W and 2B in some order).
In general, proper color is defined as alternating colors each round.
But, that can't always happen.
Priority is given to the higher "ranked" player in getting proper color.
Rank is decided by current scores in current tournament. When there is
a tie the higher rated player gets priority.
Most of the time, people are paired with others that have the same score
in the current tournament.
Under no circumstances should a player be assigned the same color in 3
successive rounds.
