I'm just starting to get into testing CM10 at longer time controls.

Graham Banks is who can help you with all of your questions.  He has a few CM10
settings that are pretty good.  I would say somewhere in the same ballpark as
the best CM9 settings.  He also has good instructions on the CMX book.  I'm not
sure I still have the instructions.
