HI Terry
I've decided that I'm going to buy myself a new

well it depends if you want a brand new computer or a used one,the type of move
input interface(auto-sensory or pressure or peg)if you need wood or not..etc.etc

the brand new ones such as the Excalibur GM will give you a good game(RATED
about 1850 Elo) but the book moves the computer will play on its own is severly
limited
there is a large book in the computer but you have to manually overide the
computers choice to get to it

there is only one wooden auto-sensory avaialble as brand new but it is quite
expensive

for used computers there are many on Ebay that can give you a run for your money
but price will vary depending on if you want a wooden board or modular upgade
ability etc..

if you can post a price range and a better idea of the type of computer you
want(Wood,auto-sensory,etc,etc,)
i can try to narrow the field down for you a bit..

Best
Steve
