When I stopped using the /arch:SSE compile option, the problem "went away" for a while. It still happens from time to time, but not nearly as much as it used to. I also found compiling my own Winboard helped. Bob said he has tried to fix it, but he doesn't know _exactly_ what is causing it. He only states it has been happening for a while now. Peter
