Unsure of #3 - but Winboard 32 bit does not install using the normal winboard
installation exe.  I believe it is packaged with a 16 bit installation program.
If you search "winboard 64 bit", you will find an winboard 64 bit installation
program.  Looks exactly like winboard , but it is a 64 bit exe.
It is missing timestamp/timeseal (lag control programs) and zippy.readme that
has the details on how to run a chess program on  server.  Just copy what you
need from a 32 bit pc.
