Subject: FEN specs question on posted FEN's

Hello :)

I finished my FEN support and it works. Now i was testing a lot of
posted FEN's here on CCC and i think some FEN's are not legal.

I found this FEN today on CCC:
White(2): [d]n1QBq1k1/5p1p/5KP1/p7/8/8/8/8 w - -

Well, i see at the end "- -". It stand for no castle rights for both sides
and no ep square. Right so far. But i'm missing the halfmove clock and fullmove
number ! So this FEN should be n1QBq1k1/5p1p/5KP1/p7/8/8/8/8 w - - 0 1.

I used the following FEN rules (Maybe to old ??):
http://www.drb.insel.de/~heiner/Chess/PGN_Standard.txt

16.1.3.5: Halfmove clock

The fifth field is a nonnegative integer representing the halfmove clock. This
number is the count of halfmoves (or ply) since the last pawn advance or
capturing move. This value is used for the fifty move draw rule.

16.1.3.6: Fullmove number

The sixth and last field is a positive integer that gives the fullmove number.
This will have the value "1" for the first move of a game for both White and
Black. It is incremented by one immediately after each move by Black.

Whats right ?

thanks!
Daniel
