Yes I do know all about hyperthreading and have a p4 myself.

1) Please note I just starting using this setting and so the rating I have now
on playchess isn't that accurate at this point.

2) Also, with the same hardware I am using now, I only achieved a rating of
slightly over 2500 with Shredder 9.

3) I was in a 13 round swiss tournament this morning with most of the engines
using better hardware and top engines, I scored 7.5/13.  The other CM10 operater
got first place on his single A64.

Nuff said.
