If you buy a new DGT board you get one with usb connection. This is expected to get the power from the PC. So at least he have to specify that he want an old board, or create his own AC/DC converter with usb connection. I think I rather would have build a dc (battery)-usb box for this if I had to do it. There is some new equipment for recording moves with some kind of special build palm-device from a Canadian firm (search the fide site for link) that mayby is out for customer now. Odd Gunnar
