Exellent - some other suggestions :

Limit of 64 or 128 particpants with up to 32 or (1/2 the field)64 human/cyborg
players. GM/IMs will have prioity over cyborg - remaining spots would be filled
by affitional chess program

7 Rounds with 30/30 time control (the 30 second increment helps humans/cyborgs
and perhaps manually operated Chess proghrams that cannot run on ICC)

A $25 redundable entry fee to ensure attendance/particpation. 100% refunded
upon completion of tournament.

We will solicit sponsorship for the top GM/IM finisher. I think we can raised
$500 or more -we might even sell the event title - it be the "The First Annual
Your MOve and Chess Computer/Human Chess Tournament" There are many GMs that
could use a little extra cash and this would create a lot interest in the
tournament. They can do this right from their home.

If we were to raise $5000, I can guarantee you that we would get at least 20+
GMs. $500 top GM finisher take all should get at least 5 GMs. We could "sell"
the viewing rights on ICC - two day tournamnet pass for $5 to raise money for
the GM prize fund. All monies collected via the ICC chekel system would go to
the GM prize fund. People would pay $5 to watch - if we get 100 ICC members to
pay - that;s another $500. Also if people know that the money is going 100% to
GM prize fund-they may tend view it more as charitble donation than fee. Also,
they would generate support to have the match in the first place. Who know ,
with ICC 20,000+ members,m we could get 2000 people easily generating a $10,000
prise fund for the GMs - that would reate alot of excitment for everybody!

Thos are my thoughts -- Ijust need help with the execution - talk to the ICC
people and see what they say (it's win for them too!)

Best,

Michael
