Bingo - Bob is 100% correct . UCI engines that do NOT have their own move book
selection code should be disqualified  from all "official, author's private club
 only"  tournaments.

Of course they would be allowed to play in "our just for fun" tournaments since
we would not draw that distinction.... ;>)
