Hi Jouni: Pêrhaps you forget that Elo ratings is a RELATIVE score measured inside a pool of participants. So, you can get better in absolute chessic terms and even so to get a lower score if the competence gets better also and so you get less points from them. Precisely because this last happens, you see an slower rate of score improvement. Paradozicaly, this is a show of how much average top programas has improved. Fernando
