Subject: Shredder loss to Hydra Question

Reviewing the game I notice that Shredder played 13.Be3.  Looking at the NEW
Shredder 9 book Be3 weight is set at 34.8%, where move Bf4 is at 65.1%

Does anyone know if they are using the new Shredder 9 book?  If not why?  I
thought this book was the latest.
