Can we say the same with Linares?  Would be need to play humans at 200 games
also?

No.  But we can label a winner from a tourney as Champ and draw conclusions from
that.

I may add those commercial programs that seem to miss these big tournements
never get my opinion as being top programs if they never play in any offical
tourney within a year.
