I had this same problem when I installed CM10k for the first time.

It had to do with adminstrative rights. I was logged in as an adminstrator, but
I use command userpassword2 to login automatically. I had to logout, and relogin
with my password and it installed fine.

I just found the newest update to Nero does the same thing. Must be something
weird in the permissions.
