As I note later my assumptions are based on research using published data,
includiung data from the AEGON tournaments. I wonder why that stopped :-}

I love your suggestion!! The data would be tremendous!!!

Do you have any reasonable comparisons that youn are aware of from ACC and FICS
games?

Sponsors (e.g., Apple computer, Dell Computer, Hiarcs, ChessBase, etc) would be
anyone that might have an interested in seeing such a match or tournament. But
it won't happen until someone talks about it with potential sponsors. I would be
willing to put up my own money to ensure a match with such a GM. Say $500 for
playing all the games,  an additional $1,500 to the GM if they win outright in
an 8 game match. I'm not interested in this as a commercial venture for profit I
want to demonstrate the technology.
