I forgot to mention this. I first used this machine ....yes, about 10 years ago. It belonged to a friend from Margate Chess Club. He didn't use it very often and I borrowed it so many times that I'm quite sure it saw more action here in Birchington than in it's home town, Ash near Canterbury. It packed up about five years ago. Almost each time we met I would ask if he'd fixed it but of course he didn't get around to it. Anyway, I've run several chess events for him and as a "thank you" (or perhaps to shut me up) he gave it to me! And now it's fixed! I did think this would be a stern test for the 2265 but as I did beat Chess Tiger a few months back, worth a try. Watch this space. Cheers. Ray.
