Why don't we just say a loss give you 0, a win give you 1 and a draw give you 0.49 (or 0.5 - Small number). This will have for effect to leave the scoring cheat unchanged except in tie situation, in this case the player with most draw will lose. We can also see it from a diferent perspective : Do not change anything to the way victory and draw are rewards, but in the event of a tie between two player, give the priority to the player with the most victories.
