It is in the same directory as the Fritz GUI. Mine is under "C:\program files\chessbase\chessprogram8". If you got an upgrade from the Playchess.com site that could be the problem. You need to find another "tbaccess.dll" file to replace it with. Or maybe they now have a good one at the site. I gave up on trying to "update" my GUI from PlayChess.com. Chessbase is incapable of producing an update without introducing more bugs.
