In the game V. Anand vs Vallejo Pons, the following position was reached:
[D]7R/7P/8/8/8/1p2p3/1k5r/3K4 b - - 0 66

Vallejo played Kb1? Here, allowing Anand a draw. Gms on ICC were sure that Rd2+
was winning. Does that move win? Black had the advantage sure, but was he
winning?
