Hi :-), principal variations and node count were mainly similar but not always. Anyway I made the same test with SOS 5 and here PV, node counts and final moves were much different in many cases and it could be seen that SOS is a totally different engine. As I said, this would not have been proof enough and I would have extended the test, if not others seem to have better proofs here. So I prefer to waste not more time with this engine. There are enough other interesting ones. Best Regards Heinz
