Where do you have an SMP version of the generator from?

For the older Nalimov generator (it works perfectly for 5-men) you would need no
batch. Just generate kppkp and kpppk and it will generate all tables. I did not
test it, but I'd guess that generating kxkyz tables would yield in an error. At
least they are of no use.
