I need to compare the two:

This may or may not make a difference, but I did not have /DEPD, /DFUTILITY or
/DNT_INTEREX in my makefile (I did not even notice that until now)

I did not have /DUSE_ASSEMBLY defined

My makefile had evaluate.h included, yours did not
